    OA1. Apply BPMN to model organizational processes. Students design structured workflows using basic and advanced BPMN artifacts, interpreting process semantics to improve communication between business and IT stakeholders.
    OA2. Integrates BPMN into a PDA. Students associate strategic objectives with operational models of processes through the decomposition of the value chain and hierarchical modeling, articulating strategic objectives with these operational models.
    OA3. Model decision logic using DMN. Students specify and integrate business rules into BPMN workflows using DMN decision tables to formalize governance and compliance contexts.
    OA4. Analyze and optimize process performance. Students evaluate and redesign workflows, identifying inefficiencies and applying BPMN/DMN methods for continuous improvement.
