Degree objectives
The FinBank Challenge is an innovative project that aims to engage students in learning and critical discussion of the main challenges that the banking sector faces and must face - in the future. Allows an experience of internationalization and work in multicultural teams. The project is structured into two major components, one of which aims to address the concepts and theoretical foundations of banking and the other where a critical analysis will be carried out and, through co-creation, solutions will be proposed to the challenges of the banking sector. A first meeting to launch the challenge and present the pedagogical methodology will allow students to identify and carry out an exploratory discussion of the main topics faced by the banking sector, using prestigious professionals and researchers.

Learning objectives and skills to be developed
Finbank Challenge aims to: 1) Understand the functioning of financial systems; 2) Identify new trends and challenges in financial markets; 3) How At the end of the course, the student will have the ability to understand the critical aspects and threats facing the financial system. At the end of the learning process, the student will be able to analyze and interpret changes in the financial sector, using primary and secondary sources, and presenting a critical argument. According to the title proposed for this BIP, students who participate are expected to develop and present answers to the main challenge: 1) How will the employee profile evolve in financial systems in the face of AI? 2) What are the main challenges that SF will face in the coming years? 3) What strategies should be adopted? At the end of the BIP, students are expected to present their ideas in pitch format to a committee made up of national and foreign professors.
