Métodos de Ensino
This course will be using mainly the case-based learning strategy. Towards this, the following paediatric clinical
areas for the cases have been agreed:
a. Burns
b. Genetic multiple disorder
c. Cerebral Palsy
d. Brachial Plexus Lesion
e. Developmental Coordination Disorder
To complete the framework, there will be key notes focused on understanding the clinical framework as well as
main strategies for assessment, and workshops that students can choose from. In addition, tutorials to follow up
and develop the intervention strategy for each case, will take place. -

Programa
The International Programme has ‘Challenges of the future in Paediatric rehabilitation’ as a central theme. During
the course, we focus on the various aspects of early childhood and development, the clinical interventions and
the rehabilitation of children in different settings. Cultural aspects and the inclusion of clients within the family,
school and society will also be highlighted.
