The Social Media Performance course is designed for students and professionals in the fields of marketing and communication, social media managers and entrepreneurs who want to learn how to take advantage of social media in their marketing activities. Throughout the course, participants will learn proven techniques and tactics to maximise the performance of their organic and paid actions on social media, increase interaction levels and boost brand results on the digital side. -

Understanding the fundamental principles of social networks and their importance for the success of the digital marketing strategy; Understanding of today's main social networks and their specificities; Become aware of the tasks inherent to social media management in terms of performance; Reasoned decision-making regarding the management of social networks in a business context, as well as definition of the respective objectives and actions; Develop organizational capabilities in a business and/or agency context; Develop organizational capabilities for managing communities on social networks; Develop skills for applying market segmentation techniques in social media; Develop skills in applying techniques and tools to create persuasive content; Develop the ability to obtain and analyze information through information and communication technologies with a focus on social listening.
